When it comes to leadership, some leaders may find themselves in the position where their lack of leadership is limiting their ability to fulfill their mission rather than transforming and enabling their staff, board members, and volunteers.

Leaders who work with us are able to think at the next level and create a strategy that can help them advance their personal and organizational mission. This assessment is going to ask questions that will output a numerical score to rate your organization in four core areas and then we can suggest a leadership roadmap to help you and your organization grow.

25 Ways to Lead Better

By: Randy Wheeler

“Never be satisfied with where you are in your leadership. Each day try to grow 1% better.”

I was sitting on the patio in my backyard one day and the question came to me: what are some ways we can lead better at work and at home?  The list could be endless because we all have many areas to grow.  This book provides twenty-five of those ideas on how we can grow as leaders.  Now you may think: “I am not a leader.”  Let me suggest if you communicate with anyone throughout your day you are leading them in some manner.  Leadership is influence so anytime you are influencing another person you are leading.  I do not have all of these mastered because just like you I am a perfectly imperfect human being who is in process.  My hope is that by the time you finish this book you have taken the first step in each area and transformed your life as a leader so you can in turn transform the lives of those you encounter.

Risk & Grow Journal

By: Randy Wheeler

Years ago I read a book by leadership expert Dr. John C. Maxwell called Failing Forward. This book transformed my perspective on how I look at failure. Recently I have read and take others through processing his book Sometimes You Win, Sometime You Learn which took the original concept to an entirely different level. I always want to reach my full potential, but in order to do that I need to take risks. Some of these risks will not result as I want them to and that is when I need to take time to reflect and learn from the experience. In your hands is a tool to help you do just that. Take a risk, learn, and grow to your full potential.
